Terms of Service

You are responsible for the photos and text you upload to Cardo, and you confirm that you have the rights to use them. Only upload photos you took yourself or have permission to use.

Cards listed on Cardo are sold by users, not by Cardo. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring it is accurate and lawful.

Cardo is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of collector cards. We provide the platform, process payments, and facilitate communication between users.

Cardo charges a 3% transaction fee on completed sales. This fee is deducted from the seller's payout when an item sells.

Cardo does not take ownership of any items listed on the platform. Items remain the property of the seller until a sale is completed directly between the buyer and seller.

All sales on Cardo are transactions between users. When you buy or sell, you are entering into an agreement with another Cardo member, not with Cardo itself.

Sellers must describe items accurately and honestly, including condition, authenticity, and any defects. Misrepresentation may result in removal from the marketplace.

Prohibited items are not allowed on Cardo. This includes counterfeit cards, stolen goods, and any items that violate applicable laws or our community guidelines.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, listings, collection, messages, and activity from Cardo.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or list prohibited items. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from Cardo.

Completed transactions you have with other members are retained for their records; your name is removed from those records when your account is deleted.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised terms on this page.

By continuing to use Cardo after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
